Meet the Owner
Scott Morgan brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and service industry. After working in multifamily maintenance and overseeing apartment renovations across a multi-property portfolio, he recognized the need for a dependable, single-source property-services partner. In 2017, he left property management to pursue Tier One Complete full time, serving multifamily, commercial, HOA and retail properties across the Piedmont Triad.
